Throwing a Halloween Party??
I absolutely LOVE hosting a party. Last night I hosted a girls night that unintentionally ended up having a theme. Halloween must be in the air because after I finished preparing the food I realized that almost everything I served was orange!
Here are my food and design tips for the perfect chic Halloween party…
Panko Crusted Chili Chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. milk
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
2. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
3. Use three shallow bowls. In the first bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper. In the second, beat the egg with the milk. In the third bowl, combine the panko, salt and pepper.
Buffalo Chicken Dip
8 oz. Cream Cheese (room temperature)
1/2 cup Ranch Salad Dressing
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot
1/2 cup Shredded Tex Mex Cheese
24 oz. Chicken (I recommend using a rotisserie chicken, diced)
2 tbs Old Bay Seasoning
1 Lemon (halved)
1 tsp Granulated Garlic
1 Clove Garlic (finely minced)
1/2 tsp Chili Powder

24 Extra Large Tail-on Raw Shrimp

1 tbs Horseradish
1/2 tsp Tabasco
1 dash Worcestershire
